Gordon Ramsay is my Biggest Idol, it is my dream to meet him one day..:-p...
So, i am looking to travel a little next year sometime, expirience the food around the world, then, when i return, want to do an "advanced diploma in hospitality", so then i have all the tools nessecary to work at my dream, which is to to build and succesfully run a fine dine restauraunt... - Sports & Hobbies:

Am an ex-footy player, i do miss playing it, but my passion for food and my dream to open my own restauraunt meant that there would have to be some sacrifises...
However, i LOVE to watch, and go to my footy (league) each week, big on cricket also.

old school rock, like alot of music from the 80's and 90's, like a lil bit of r&b n , theatre, live music and love a good musical
I like easy soft music at time too....:p
Rarely watch TV, unless it's my Team playin on the big screen...:p
However, i do like to chill n throw on a Dvd or 2,.....or 3.....;p
